open yoga classes
Most of our classes are OPEN level. This means they are open to all levels of experience including Beginners.
Depending on what you’re after in a yoga class – and because all our teachers have broad experience and different backgrounds – you get to choose what suits your needs. All of our yoga passes offer choice so that you can change the classes you attend from week to week to suit your schedule:
Belinda teaches a gentle, more classical Hatha Yoga class.
Sally teaches classes that are a bit stronger – informed by her own practice over many years, including in the Iyengar tradition.
Lynda teaches gentle breath based vinyasa classes based on the tradition of Desikachar.
Rick teaches a more explorative movement style informed by his study with Donna Farhi and now of Hanna Somatics – combined with yoga and meditation.
