open yoga classes

Most of our classes are OPEN level. This means they are open to all levels of experience including Beginners.

Depending on what you’re after in a yoga class – and because all our teachers have broad experience and different backgrounds – you get to choose what suits your needs. 

Belinda teaches a gentle, more classical Hatha Yoga class.

Lynda teaches gentle breath based vinyasa classes based on the tradition of Desikachar.

Katie teaches a more explorative but classical approach to her classes

Rick teaches a more explorative movement style informed by his study with Donna Farhi and now of Hanna Somatics – combined with yoga and meditation.
